At Learnixzy, we are committed to providing high-quality internship programs, training, career development services, and digital learning resources. Before enrolling, we encourage all participants to carefully review the program details, eligibility criteria, duration, and fee structure. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Learnixzy are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Registration Fees
- Platform Fees
- Administrative Fees
- Training Fees
- Course Fees
- Certification Fees
- Resume Services
- Career Services
- Any other service or program-related charges
2. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may discontinue or withdraw from a program at any time.
However:
- No refund will be issued.
- No partial refund will be provided.
- No credit balance will be maintained.
- Fees cannot be transferred to another person unless expressly approved by Learnixzy.
3. Failure to Attend
Failure to attend live sessions, internship activities, project work, assessments, or mentoring sessions does not qualify for a refund.
Participants remain responsible for completing the program requirements within the prescribed duration.
4. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal commitments
- Academic workload
- Employment commitments
- Financial reasons
- Relocation
- Lack of time
- Technical knowledge or skill level
- Failure to complete assignments or projects
5. Technical Issues
If a participant experiences technical difficulties while accessing the platform, they should contact our support team immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine technical issues; however, technical difficulties shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
6. Changes to Programs
Learnixzy reserves the right to update or modify:
- Course content
- Internship curriculum
- Project structure
- Mentors
- Trainers
- Learning resources
- Platform features
- Schedules
- Fees
7. Program Termination
Learnixzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's access without refund if they:
- Violate platform rules.
- Submit plagiarized or fraudulent work.
- Engage in abusive, illegal, or unethical conduct.
- Misuse platform resources.
- Share copyrighted materials without authorization.
- Disrupt the learning environment.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests based on exceptional circumstances will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Learnixzy.
Approval of any exception shall not create an obligation to approve future requests.
