Learnixzy provides internship programs, industry-oriented training, project-based learning, resume development, placement assistance, AI-powered career tools, and related educational services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Internship Program

Our internship programs are designed primarily for learning, practical experience, and skill development.

Participants may receive:

• Internship Offer Letter
• Internship Training
• Live Projects
• Project Mentorship
• Internship Certificate (subject to successful completion)
• Performance Evaluation
• Placement Assistance

4. Performance-Based Stipend

Learnixzy internships are learning-focused.

Performance-based stipends may be awarded based on internal evaluation.

Please note:

• Stipends are not guaranteed.
• Only participants meeting the required performance criteria may be considered.
• Stipend eligibility is determined solely by Learnixzy based on attendance, project quality, assessments, and overall performance.

5. Platform & Administrative Fees

Any applicable registration, platform, or administrative fee covers technology infrastructure, training resources, project management systems, documentation, mentor support, career tools, and operational expenses.

Such fees are not a guarantee of stipend, placement, employment, or internship conversion.

6. Attendance & Participation

Participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions.
• Complete assigned projects.
• Submit assessments before deadlines.
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the internship.

7. Academic Integrity

Participants must submit original work.

The use of plagiarism, copied code, purchased assignments, unauthorized AI-generated submissions where prohibited, or any dishonest practices may lead to:

• Immediate disqualification
• Cancellation of certificates
• Removal from the internship
• Permanent restriction from future Learnixzy programs

8. Placement Assistance

Learnixzy provides placement assistance by helping eligible candidates prepare for job opportunities through resume reviews, interview preparation, career guidance, and employer connections.

Placement assistance does not guarantee employment, job offers, interviews, or salary packages.

Final hiring decisions are made solely by the recruiting organizations.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, software, AI tools, project content, website design, branding, logos, graphics, and digital resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of Learnixzy or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Share account credentials.
• Misuse the platform.
• Upload malicious content.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Misrepresent Learnixzy or its programs.

11. Limitation of Liability

Learnixzy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform, internship programs, or related services.

All services are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees beyond those expressly stated.

12. No Partnership or Affiliation

Unless officially announced on the Learnixzy website or confirmed through a written agreement, Learnixzy is not affiliated, partnered, endorsed, or represented by any other company, institution, or organization.

Any false claims regarding partnerships, employment, representation, endorsements, or affiliations with Learnixzy may result in appropriate legal action.

13. Privacy

Participants consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary to:

• Manage internship participation
• Deliver training
• Issue certificates
• Provide placement assistance
• Improve platform services

14. Changes

Learnixzy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
